Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account information (email address) — for sign-in and credit management.
• Uploaded videos and edited results — used solely to extract rallies.
• IP address and request logs — for service stability and abuse prevention.
• Usage events (visits, feature usage) — aggregated statistics to improve the service.
• Payment details (card numbers, etc.) are handled directly by our payment provider Paddle; we never store them.

2. Retention

• Uploaded videos and results: deleted automatically no later than 48 hours after upload.
• Request logs: kept up to 90 days, then destroyed.
• Account information and credit history: destroyed without delay upon account-deletion request (except payment records we must keep by law).

3. Processors and international transfer

We rely on the following processors, and data may be processed on servers abroad: Cloudflare (storage), Supabase (database & auth), Modal (video processing), Vercel (web hosting), Paddle (payments), PostHog (usage analytics).

4. Third-party disclosure

We do not provide or sell your videos or data to third parties, except as required by law. Uploaded videos are never used for purposes other than processing — including model training.

5. Third parties in your videos

Uploaded videos may include third parties. Obtaining their consent is the uploader's responsibility; deletion requests sent to the contact below are handled without delay.
