Refund Policy

1. Credits

• 1 credit processes one 30-minute block of video. Purchased credits never expire.
• Unused credits are refunded in full on request within 14 days of purchase.
• If some credits were used, the remaining credits are refunded pro-rata at the purchase unit price on request within 14 days of purchase.

2. Automatic refund on failed processing

If video processing fails, the deducted credits are restored automatically and immediately — no request needed.

3. Output quality

Rally detection is performed by an automated algorithm and results may differ from your expectations. If you believe the detection is clearly wrong, contact us below with the video details and we will review and restore your credits.

4. How to request a refund

Email doscm2506@gmail.com from your account email address. Requests are handled within 3 business days, and refunds go back to the original payment method (our payment provider Paddle may add its own processing time).
