Terms of Service

1. The service

OnlyRally (the “Service”) is a web service that automatically detects and edits rally segments from tennis match videos uploaded by users. The Service is offered as a beta; features and policies may change with prior notice.

2. Accounts and credits

• Some features require signing up with an email account; free credits are granted on sign-up.
• Additional credits can be purchased. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, and refunds follow our separate Refund Policy.
• 1 credit processes one 30-minute block of video; video length is rounded up to 30-minute blocks.

3. Responsibility for uploaded content

• Only upload videos you recorded yourself or hold the necessary rights to.
• You are responsible for obtaining consent from third parties appearing in your videos (likeness and personal data).
• Uploading content that infringes others' rights or violates the law is prohibited; such content may be removed without notice.

4. Processing and retention of content

• Uploaded videos and edited results are used solely for processing and are automatically deleted no later than 48 hours after upload.
• The Service claims no rights over your content beyond what is needed to process and store it.

5. Limitations

• Rally detection is automated and its completeness and accuracy are not guaranteed. Credits are restored automatically if processing fails.
• During the beta the Service is provided “as is”; to the extent permitted by law, liability for data loss or processing failures is limited to the amount you paid.
• Abuse or excessive use may be restricted without prior notice.
